This development houses students with families with up to two young children.
The accommodation is normally reserved for students at the University of Leeds. Click here to check if you are eligible.
The accommodation comprises 18 two-bedroom flats (apartments), for student families in a small block with private gardens and a car parking area.
Dyers Court is 1.3 miles (2km), from the University of Leeds campus. It is a similar distance from the city centre. Local shops and schools are nearby. The building is located close to a main bus route into the city and to the University of Leeds along Headingley Lane and Woodhouse Lane.

An on-going refurbishment program means flats are being converted into modern accommodation for student families.

Tenacies at Dyers Court begin on 1st August each year and run for 12 months until 31st July the following year. Current residents are offered the chance of renewing, so long as their studies remain ongoing.
All flats are let fully furnished. As shown in the floorplan below, flats consist of a kitchen / diner, separate lounge, master bedroom, single bedroom and a separate bathroom.
The accommodation offers a high standard of amenities, including energy-efficient heating systems, double-glazed windows, well-designed kitchens and modern bathrooms with showers. Some flats have a shower over a bath, other flats have a walk-in shower unit.
There is no internet provision to this building, and tenants normally arrange their own internet connection using a supplier of their choice.
Telephone sockets (subject to reconnection to the network at the tenants' expense), are fitted in each flat and television and aerial sockets are provided in the living room.
All flats are equipped with hard-wired smoke and heat alarms. Ground floor properties are fitted with intruder alarms.
Bedrooms are fitted with a double or single bed, ample clothes storage space and bedside tables. There is also a desk and chair for study.

There is off street parking at the front of the development on North Hill Road where you can park without a permit.
Bikes can be locked and secured to bike storage bars at the bottom of each block.

Local Leisure and Recreation
Kirkstall Abbey is nearby with its extensive riverside park.The park has playground apparatus for younger children. Leeds City Council maintains a large number of public play areas for children and young people, which includes playgrounds, ball parks, skateboard parks and teen zones.
The nearest public library, which as a Leeds resident, you can join and borrow books from free of charge, is Headingley Library.
Leeds City Council runs a number of leisure centres across the city for general public use, including Kirkstall Leisure centre. The council also manages a number of artistic and cultural venues and offers a year-round programme of events. Some facilities and events run by the council are free and some are available for a fee.
