Refund policy
You have the right to cancel within seven days of making a payment online or setting up a payment agreement online or if the payment is for goods, within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If you do cancel your order you will have your payment returned but any goods supplied are to be returned to Unipol at your cost and the refund will only be made once Unipol has received the goods.
If you are paying rent you can not simply walk away from your contract. If you want information about how to leave your property or have difficulty making payments then you must contact the Finance Department and read your Tenants' handbook and Tenancy Agreement.
