Headingley Avenue Lease Takeover until August 2025
I am searching for a lease takeover for my double room in Headingley. The lease is until August this year and £500 p/month bills are included.
There are 2 bright rooms available, mine and another that’s vacant (not lease takeover). Each have a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, drawers and a sink.
There is a large living room and kitchen with 3 bathrooms. 6 other housemates are currently on the property. It is located a 5-minute walk from all amenities in Headingley including the Sainsburys, Gym, shops and cafes. There are loads of beautiful parks nearby and bus routes also.
