Room available in Hyde Park
Hi, I have 1 room available in a house of 8 (currently 7)
It is located on Brudenell Mount, Hyde Park (less than 15 mins walk from Leeds university)
Rent is £139ppw, bills included!!
Equal split of boys and girls, all the flatmates are lovely, and the landlord is great
Contract starts 1st of August
Really good location, less than a minute from a sainsburys, rpp pub, bus stop right outside
!!Rooms are currently being refurbished with new furniture and carpets as well as insulation
