If you are in search of a room on rent you would know that 'ENSUITE ROOMS' go off the market six months prior to the move-in date. I booked this room six months ago, but I won’t be moving in as my friend has relocated to Leeds, and I will be living with him.

Duration of tenancy: 02-Jul-2024 to 30-Jun-2025
Rent (excluding all bills): GBP 140 per month
Rent (including all bills): GBP 160 per month
Council tax: Band C (GBP 30.50 per person per month); not applicable if you are a student
