Hi, we have a spare room in our lovely all-girl 3-bed house. The tenancy will be available from the beginning of January until the end of June.
The room is located on the second floor at the front of the house. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and bedside drawers.
The house is a 2-story house, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 spare room, a kitchen/ living room, a small conservatory and a lovely little garden.
The house is situated very close to a Sainsbury's, Co-op, Hyde Park Picture House, Brudenall Social Club and Woodhouse Moor Park. We have a bus stop 1 minute's walk away or it’s a 20-25 minute walk from the Uni of Leeds and Leeds Art University.
We are currently an all-female house and would prefer a female tenant to move in. We are both 3rd year Leeds art students, studying illustration and fashion design. We would preferably like another student but are open to young professionals too. We value cleanliness and would like a housemate with the same values. We like to have game nights and movie nights and like going to cafes too.
