URGENT (1 July) Room Available in Hyde Park/Burley (Tenancy Takeover)

Hi :) Looking for a replacement tenant for July 1st due to academic issues.
£120 pppw for 52 weeks. Paid as £520 monthly, bills are all inclusive in the rent.
3 other tenants (2 female 1 male, students 19-21) so either is fine! They're lovely, super kind and considerate :)
4 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with tv, extra room for storage.
Really good location, close to shops and under 13 mins walking from UniOfLeeds. 2 bus stops each 5 minutes away.
