URGENT (1 July) Room Available in Hyde Park/Burley (Tenancy Takeover)
Hi! Due to academic issues, looking for a replacement tenant for a 4 person house in Burley/Hyde Park. 3 other tenants (1 male 2 female) lovely people, super kind and considerate, all students 19-21, so either is fine :). 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dryer, washer, storage space, living room with tv. £520 per person monthly rent, bills all-inclusive. 15 minutes from UniOfLeeds Campus, so much closer than Headingley. Close to stores too, so no long trips needed.
