CARR MILLS accommodation room available.

Tenancy takeover at Carr Mills Student accommodation.

Any gender is welcome as long as they’re respectful and clean - is what my flatmates deserve.

My flatmates consist of 4 girls and 1 boy. They are all absolutely lovely and welcoming people to live with.

2 terms left of unpaid tenancy

11th January £2141.33 and 12 April £2141.33 which will cover the up till the 11th July 2025

The room is available now! £146 pw
The tenancy comes with all paid electrical and water bills, amazing and reliable wi-fi and Endsleigh contents insurance.

The room consists of:
Double bed
Desk
Wardrobe
All private en-suite

A guarantor is required.

Carr mills comes with a safe gated community (you will get keys for access) parking, large washing and drying machines as well as a community hub area!

Theres a bus stop right outside the accommodation and the university is about a 20 minute walk away.
