Double Room in lovely house in central Headingley

A nice double room is available in a large house in Central Headingley - it's in a great location and is convenient for Uni of Leeds and Leeds Beckett. The available room is on the first floor , it is furnished and has original features including a cast iron fireplace. The house has a large living room with smart TV. It has a recently refurbished kitchen and new main bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet next door. There is outside space with a large side garden with picnic table. Utility bills including gas, water, electrcity and broadband are paid separately by each tenant directly to Unihomes Utilities. Your housemates are friendly, tidy and respectful and enjoy looking after the house.
