Tenancy takeover- large room in 3bedroom house £477p month

66 Woodside Avenue
This is for a large Bedroom with in a house with two others (one is still at uni and the other graduated last year). Both are lovely and very easygoing.
Available from ASAP-30.6.25 (first month's rent is already paid).

The house is a large 3-storey terrace. It has a large open plan Kitchen/Diner with all appliances.
Separate Large Lounge with sofas and TV.
Separate utility room with Washing machines/Dryers
It's very close to Kirkstall Aldi and ASda is very convenient for any student studying at University.
Rent is contracted at £477 per month not inclusive of bills but we have sorted out a cheap contract for all bills for the year already.
Please get in touch if you think you would a like a viewing or a chat! It's a great room in a great house that unfortunately I have had to give up.
