Room wanted - September 2024
Hi, I'm joining UoL in September 2024/25 for a monthly secondment (2nd of September - 4th of October) within a Marie Curie project. I'm looking for a room in a shared accommodation with a friendly group of people, who can balance studies as well as fun.
I'm a 26 year old Spanish engineer. I'm a clean, respectful and friendly person that loves sports and enjoys meeting new people.

Hi :) Looking for a replacement tenant due to a change in plans academically.
£120 pppw for 52 weeks. Paid as £520 monthly, bills are all inclusive in the rent.
3 other tenants, who're lovely, super kind and considerate :)
4 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with tv, extra room for storage.
Really good location, close to shops and under 13 mins walking from UniOfLeeds and it's sports facilities. 2 bus stops each 5 minutes away. 5 minutes away from cinema and pubs,

Hi!
I've got a room available for the full time you'll be here, I've attached a virtual tour of the place. Hay tres otros viviendo ahi y una de ellos habla Español. They're clean and respectuful, but really chilled and social too, plus they'll be good on balancing studies, its two second years and a third year.
