Tenancy take over- Headingley
Hi, I have a spare room in a lovely 3 bedroom house in Headingley.
The house has 3 double furnished bedrooms, two with wooden flooring and 1 with carpet. There is a spacious, carpeted and furnished living room. There is also a single spare room. There is a marbled bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a sink. There is a separate marbled room with toilet. The kitchen includes a washing machine and lots of storage space in the cupboards.
The property also has an outdoor garden area with patio and front parking on the private drive. All bills are included in the weekly rent.
The other two housemates are girls, both sociable and friendly second year university students. Lovely people to be moving in with who are clean and tidy and fun to be around.
Definitely worth looking through the photos and I also have the link to the virtual tour of the house. The house is ideal for university students as it is located in Headingley which is in the middle of the centre (Leeds beckett and Uni of Leeds) and Horsforth (Leeds trinity uni).
