Room in 7 bed house in Dunkirk

Tenancy Takeover! 🏠

Hi, I have a spare room in a lovey house in Dunkirk which is a 5 minute walk to the University of Nottingham's main campus and a short bus ride into town centre.

The house has a modern interior with a bright spacious shared living area and kitchen. 7 furnished bedrooms all with small double beds and wooden flooring throughout. 3 bathrooms in the house all with showers.

The property also has an outdoor garden area with patio and front parking on the private drive. All bills are included in the weekly rent and there is a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Wi-Fi is also included.

All sociable and friendly second year university students who are active, outgoing and fun to be around. 4 boys and 2 girls in the house, one room available to rent. Lovely group of people to be moving in with.

Definitely worth looking through the photos and I can send the link to a virtual tour of the house. Really newly furnished modern interiors as well as spacious outdoor space. Ideal for university students.
