Symons House Student Accommodation
Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Symons House. This ensuite room is part of a 5 bed cluster. Your room will measure around 15m² and comes with a double bed, study area, ensuite bathroom and ample storage. You will also have access to the shared kitchen facilities, common room, study room, games area, cinema room, onsite gym and roof top terrace.
The accommodation is perfectly located to provide easy access to all of the city's universities. It is less than a 7-minute walk to Leeds Beckett University and only an 11-minute walk to The University of Leeds.
The rent is £225 per week and will be paid in 3 separate instalments of £3,285.
