Immediate Tenancy Takeover until July 2025, The Leatherworks LS7 2DZ

I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy from as soon as possible until 12th July 2025, when the tenancy ends. This is because I am transferring Universities.

The room costs £171 per week, and is listed as a 'Large Ensuite' on the Prestige Student Living's website. Below is the link to the details of the room:

The room has a small double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and storage space, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a shower. The kitchen is shared with the other 5 flatmates and has lots of storage space, two ovens, a hob, a sink, two fridges and freezers, as well as a small living space in the kitchen with a couch and TV.

The property also has a free on-site gym and cinema room. There is an Aldi and a few other shops, including Starbucks and Waitrose, about a 20 minute walk away.
