Ridge Terrace LS6 Tenancy Takeover

Large room in a spacious house in Headingly, Leeds. I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my room, as I am switching Universities. The tenancy period is 12 months and begins 1st July 2025 and ends 30th June 2026, the rent costs £138 per week including bills, with a deposit of £100. The house has 3 bathrooms. There are 7 tenants who will be living there from 1st July, they are friendly people currently studying at Leeds Arts University.
