The room is available now till July 11th 2025 at Carr Mills student accommodation Leeds

This is a Tenancy Takeover as I no longer need the room its available for a Female university student going to one of the Leeds universities.

The room is a ground floor en-suite room in 4 bed all female flat.

The final rent payment is due on the 12th of April £2141.33

THIS MUST BE PAID ON OR BEFORE THE 12TH OF APRIL IN FULL. and covers all the rent up to the 11th of July 2025.

There is approximately 24 weeks left of the tenancy the rent should be £146 per week but as I have Paid the 1st and 2nd rent installments - it works out at approximately £90 per week for the remaining tenancy (depending on when you start your tenancy)

A guarantor is required or payment in full £2141.33 on the day of tenancy takeover.

The all-inclusive rent includes utility bills, high-speed wi-fi internet and free Endsleigh contents insurance.

A viewing can be arranged
