Arena Village Room Available

Looking for someone to take over my contract for an Arena Village Accommodation ensuite room, from now until the end of the academic year. (Believe the contract expires in June.)

Will be sharing a flat with three girls and one boy who are all friendly and sociable.
First instalment already paid off.
The accommodation is less than a 10 minute walk from the Beckett City Campus and Leeds City Centre.
Fast food restaurants and supermarkets just a 2 minute walk away.
Room is fairly spacious and includes a bathroom and shower.
Kitchen is especially large and always kept clean by other flatmates.

Rent works out at £190 a week but as mentioned, first instalment has already been paid off.
