Tenancy Takeover required

As I have decided to leave university due to personal reasons, I have a tenancy takeover requirement for a property in Marsden House, 1-3 Burley Road, Leeds LS3 1HX, Flat B60-E. Tenancy available from 07/10 - 12/07.
It is a Bronze Ensuite with a weekly rent payment of £186. All bills are included.
I offer a £1500 cashback incentive - 2 months rent to anyone who decides to takeover.
This property includes a shared kitchen with 4 men, who were very friendly people in the time that I knew them. The facilities include: a gym, a laundry room, a cinema room, multiple gaming rooms and a games room. It also has an amazing social atmosphere, holding events and easily allowing you to meet others and build relationships.
