Urgent Tenancy Takeover In Student House in Lenton
I need someone to takeover my tenancy starting August 2nd 2024- July 2025 in an all girls student house in Lenton. It is a 15 minute walk from Jubilee and QMC, and a 25 minute walk to University Park Campus with a bus stop very close. The girls are super lovely and enjoy chill nights in and pub trips. The house is three floors, one bedroom downstairs, two on the middle floor with the main bathroom, and two bedrooms on the third floor with a shower and toilet. The bedroom I am offering is on the third floor :). Please contact me if you are interested/want more details!!
