Hello I'm looking for a flatmate. I'm a woman in the animation program. I'm a third year. I think i'm fairly quiet as I have a close circle of friends, have a lot of houseplants, books, and drawing.

I need someone who is also a student. Women only. Someone who is clean and friendly. I was supposed to move in with a friend but things have fell through.

This place is near the arena. It's a two bedroom flat with a south facing balcony. I have some quick videos, just message me and i'll work out how to attach them.
It's a walk through hockley to get to ntu

Please reply as soon as possible as I only have until the 14th to get this contract sorted. You will need a guarantor and to pay for the first months rent when we sign the contract.
