A Single Room in 2-bed flat: Available from 31st May until 13th Sep
I am looking for a replacement tenant from the end of May until 13.09.2024, at £140 pw including bills. The room has a lovely view of the garden, is cozy and wonderfully quiet. It is only available to let to a postgraduate student. The flat is conveniently located just a 5-min walk from UoN University Park Campus.
You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room with one other person. The accommodation is managed by UPP, and a cleaner visits weekly to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom.
