Location: Raleigh Park
Rates: £119 per week inclusive of bills (2023-2024 rates!)
Room Type: Single
Period: 18 May 2024 - 14 Sept 2024 (17 Weeks)

HIGHLIGHTS
Early Move-In: You can move in as early as May 12!
Quiet Flat: Flat is in the masters block so it is pretty quiet and great for students that need to concentrate on writing their dissertation.
Wooden Floors: Easy cleaning especially good for people who get bad allergies
Great Location: Location is EXTREMELY convenient.
> Near Lidl, Tescos, Deyi Asian Store, Post Office
> Directly opposite a city bus stop, town is only 10 mins by bus or a 35 min walk
> 8-10 min walk to Jubilee campus and The Exchange 903 Hopper Stop
Big Bathroom: 3 bathrooms shared across 5 people
Great Flatmates: Flatmates are very friendly and clean. There is a weekly cleaning rota for the common area and bathroom (3 men and 1 woman).
Room With View: Room window faces the street so you get a nice view and the room layout is very spacious for a single room.
Unlimited Utilities
