Hi, I have a great silver ensuite room available in Woodhouse. It is a student accommodation, and only a 10 minute walk to university of Leeds and 15 minute walk to Beckett city campus.
The room itself has a ensuite bathroom, it is well maintained and clean, the mattress is a brand new double, the bills are all inclusive, there is no deposit or fee, you get free wifi and insurance on your items and you don’t need to pay in instalment but you have the choice if you would like that. The rent is £600 a month and you can move in as soon as possible. There is 2 others living in this block.
