Room available in Woodhouse from September - £435/month + bills

Hi there,

We're a flat of 4 friends that need a new roommate! One of us is leaving in September and we need someone to fill their room.

We're a very chilled out group - mix of students and recent grads with jobs - and we like hanging out in the evenings to smoke together. We're looking for someone friendly that takes life easy.

We're all big lovers of games & nerdy shows so tell us about what your fav anime!

The room has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, plus a desk with a very nice view. The Uni of Leeds is right around the corner, so it's perfect for students!

Rent is £435 plus a Split The Bills package for £100 monthly.
