Hi 😊! I urgently need a replacement tenant for a room I signed for the 2024/25 year. I have enrolled in an Industrial Placement Year and need to find a replacement tenant to replace me on my contract. This accommodation is only for students in full-time education.
The room is in Holborn Central, an apartment building at the edge of Woodhouse and very close to Hyde Park, Headingley and both the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett, and Leeds City Centre. There is also a One Stop store just around the corner.
The room has generous floor space, a double bed with storage underneath, a large desk, wardrobe and bedside table, and a bathroom that is only shared with one other person (she is very clean). This can be viewed in pictures below.
There is a communal kitchen, amenities include: a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, a washer dryer and more! Bills can be discussed with future flatmates but last year the cost per month for me was £138.60 – an all inclusive bills package including contents insurance, water, electricity and WiFi. My flatmates are planning on arranging their own bills next year so the bills will be cheaper.

Hi, my name is Tasha, I am a graphic design student who studies at the university of Leeds and have just found out that I have got a placement in Leeds, so I am urgently looking for somewhere to live from the 1st of July.
I am very sociable, love hiking, going out to the pub as well as also having nights in and would be looking to find a shared house in Hyde park.
I would be very interested in this property 🙂

Hi! I’m an international student studying film, and I recently got a placement at the University of Leeds. I’m seeking a room starting in July 2024 and am very interested in your place. Is it still available?
I’m easygoing and clean. I love watching movies, arts and crafts, travelling, and martial arts!
