Housemate wanted 1st July at Thornville Street Leeds (Hyde Park area)

Hi, we are a group of 3 looking for a 4th housemate for Thornville Street, Leeds
Rent is £415 a month excluding bills
1st July 2024 - 30th June 2025
An LGBT housemate would be preferred but not necessary, we are a friendly, clean + polite group of friends :)
Would be joining a joint contract with the 4 of us/taking over tenancy from our 4th housemate who is no longer able to rent with us in July

Hi! I’m an international student studying film, and I recently got a placement at the University of Leeds. I’m seeking a room starting in July 2024 and am very interested in your place. It would be great to know more information about it if it is still available :)
I’m easygoing and clean. I love watching movies, arts and crafts, travelling, and martial arts!
