Room in house tenancy takeover needed

Hi, I’m currently looking to give up my tenancy starting from the 1st July, it’s a house 6 boys going into their second year, it’s through oasis properties in headingley. Drop me a message if interested or wanting more info.

It’s £138 per week but the agency take the money every 3 months
