Room available from 9th July, looking for a housemate preferably at university to share with. Clean, calm and friendly house. Perfect place for students as it is located in the centre of Hyde Park, 15 min walk to the University of Leeds and 25 to Leeds Beckett city campus. Shared kitchen and living area that includes a dishwasher and a tumble drier. 1 bathroom and one extra W. C. Bills included for broadband, Gas, Electric, Water & Contents Insurance. £589 pcm (bills inc)
