Urgent replacement tenant needed- Dunkirk, close to UON
Hi there! We (4 girls), are urgently looking for a replacement tenant for our house next year starting from 9th August 2024. Rent is £150.00 per week including bills (first rent instalment due 7th July) Wifi is approximately an additional £8.00 per month. We are all going into third year and we ideally are looking for someone similar. We aren’t big into nightclubs and we would like somebody tidy. It’s a 5 bedroom house in Dunkirk (quiet side street), round the corner from university park and close to the tram stop, with great connections to Beeston and to the city centre.
Fully refurbished in 2022 , 2 fridge-freezers,3 bath, a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The room is on the first floor sharing a shower room with one other person.
