We have a four bedroom house with 3 girls, we are looking for a fourth housemate!

Looking for a fourth housemate to join a currently all girls second year house!
Tenancy starting from the 1st July 2025.
£130 a week, all bills included, plus £250 deposit required.
Would preferably want a girl as we already have 3 others girls 19- 20 years old all students of Leeds University.
The property is 43 Kendal close, there is a video provided on YouTube for an in-depth showing of the property. Just around the corner from the Leeds University campus and closer to the City Centre than The Hyde Park area.
There is one toilet downstairs and an additional bathroom with bath and shower upstairs, washing machine and fully fitted kitchen, large TV is a plus.
We would need the smallest room upstairs filling, although still a reasonable size with a double bed and desk.
The photographs are not completely up to date, therefore we would be happy to arrange an in person viewing of the property.
For anyone looking for a more quiet area with a spacious kitchen/ living area, plus back garden provided, please contact me!
