My daughter needs to leave her university course early so I'm searching for someone to take over her tenancy in a fantastic, shared student house!

The Location:
Located at Welton Place, Hyde Park, Leeds, it is near Sainsbury's and Hyde Park Cinema and a short walk to the University of Leeds. There are excellent transport links and plenty of amenities nearby.
The House:
A five-bedroom property on a quiet side street, the house benefits from a new kitchen and bathroom, gas central heating, Wi-Fi, TV, Washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, plenty of cupboard space - everything really. The housemates are students (three females and one male (he has his own ensuite). Everyone is quiet and easy to get along with, and it’s a very peaceful property.
All bills are included!
The Room:
Large room - TV, double-sized bed, desk, drawers and a large wardrobe. Lots of storage space.It is carpeted.
The Rent Details:
Rent is £660 per calendar month which includes all bills. You have nothing more to pay.
The tenancy starts in June 2025 until the end of May 2026
