CARR MILLS tenancy transfer. Room available!
Carr Mills Room is now available for tenancy transfer.
Whats inside:
Double bed
Desk
Wardrobe
Private en-suite
There are two payments left on my tenancy: Jan 11th 2025 £2141.33 and 12th April 2025 £2141.33
A guarantor is required.
Any gender is welcome as long as they are respectful to my flatmates and clean! - they’re lovely, amazing people who deserve the best.
Carr mills is a gated community (you will get your own access keys) which offers parking, smoking areas, large smart washers and dryers and a community hub area.
Leeds art Uni is a 20 minute walk away from Carr Mills, there is also a bus stop right outside.
