Urgent Tenancy Takeover - Boys Shared House- Headingly
Headingly Avenue LS6 3EP. One free bedroom in house-share with seven lads overlooking Headingly Stadium. £1,456 per quarter. Two quarterly payments left to pay on January 16th and April 16th 2025. Alternatively, monthly payments of £485.33 payable on the 16th of each month can be arranged. Weekly equivalent of £112 per person per week. Corner bedroom on first floor with with two windows, fully furnished and heated. All bills are included and Wifi fast. Five minute walk to everything in Headingly. Tenancy agreement ends 15th July 2025. Deposit was £260 per tenant.
