January Beeston room takeover.

Hi,
I’m looking for a female replacement tenant starting from January 2025 onwards. The accommodation is located in Commercial Point, Beeston, with the following conveniences nearby:

3 min walk to Sainsbury's
5 min walk to Tesco Extra
5 min walk to Oriental Mart
6 min walk to Beeston tram stop

The student accommodation is newly built (completed in August 2024) and features:
A 4-person flat with a shared kitchen
An en-suite room
Free use of washing machine
Bills and utilities included

You’ll be sharing the flat with 3 wonderful girls who are friendly, welcoming, and excited to meet the new tenant! Your flatmates would be quiet and respectful people so you do not have to worry about who you are sharing this flat with.
