En-suite room available for tenancy takeover/to-let for summer/short-let

Single en-suite room available for 1-2 months (until September 7, 2024) in a student accommodation with a shared kitchen and living room.
Room rent is negotiable.

All bills included
Common room with TV and a pool table.

If you are looking for a safe place to stay temporarily until you figure out your accommodations, this could be an option to consider.

1-minute walk to the bus stop.
15-minute walk to the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and the city center.
3 minutes walk to Co-op and Tesco is also nearby.
Great connectivity to the whole city.
Near MyLahore, Dominos, Manjaros, MrTs and many more dine-out or take-away spots.

I am a current tenant and plan to shift to Nottingham for work. Therefore I wanted to rent this room to someone looking for a temporary stay in Leeds.
