Tenancy replacement needed. Large Double En suite -Prime Student Location - Hyde Park

Tenancy runs from 1.7.24-30.6.25
Large Light Double En Suite Room in shared Spacious House , Modern Bathroom with shower (1st floor, Room 4, Size: 14.10'x 13.10')
Outdoor Area.
Open Plan Kitchen/Diner
Large Modern Lounge
Fully fitted with all appliances.
Alarmed
Sharing with 7 other friendly students

£153.00 Per week inclusive of bills ( from 1.7.24 30-6.25)
**Although I am able to make a contribution to rent on signing of the contract**

Hi! I’m an international student studying film, and I recently got a placement at the University of Leeds. I’m seeking a room starting in July 2024 and am very interested in your place. It would be great to know more information or photos of it if it is still available :)
I’m easygoing and clean. I love watching movies, arts and crafts, travelling, and martial arts!

Hi!

I have a room available for tenancy takeover from 01.07.24 in Hyde Park area. It’s £115 per week, inclusive of bills. It’s a 5 bed house sharing with 4 2nd year students from Leeds Art University. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks :)
