Looking for accommodation - 2024/25

Hi, I'm joining UoL in September 2024/25 for an MSc in International Marketing Management. Looking for a room in a shared accommodation with a friendly group of people, who can balance studies as well as fun.
Looking at houses in Woodhouse, Burley, Hyde Park, Cardigan Rd.

A little bit about me:
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 25
International Student
Vegetarian - open to communal cooking/baking
Tidy, Social but not interfering
Enjoy going out for gigs, pub night, random walks/hikes

Hello, there is a room available in a lovely 3 bedroom house with two lovely girls who are uni students. The house is in Headingley. The contract is from 1st September up until July. Let me know if you have any questions :)

Hi :) , I might have a room available for you in Hyde Park/Burley.
£120 pppw for 52 weeks. Paid as £520 monthly, bills are all inclusive in the rent.
3 other tenants (2 female 1 male, students 19-21) .They're tidy, and social but it's two second years and a third year, so studyings definitely a priority too.
4 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with tv, extra room for storage.
Really good location, close to shops and under 13 mins walking from UniOfLeeds. 2 bus stops each 5 minutes away. 5 min walk from Royal Park Pub, 8 mins from Hyde Park Picture house, and 4 mins from Brudenell social club if you're into gigs.
Would much prefer to have confirmation by Tuesday 28th but after is possible.Contract is from 1 July 2024 to 1 July 2025.
