Replacement for Sandby Floor 2, flat 246 Standard Ensuite

This is for university students only.

I’m looking for a replacement to take over my contract for this flat at sandby 246, it’s near the city so it’s only a few minutes walk from NTU buildings such as Arkwright, etc. It’s also a Standard Ensuite.

Typical bed size: 3'0'' x 6'3''
Typical room size: 4.0m x 2.9m

It’s a 44 week contract that runs from 12/09/2025 - 17/07/2026
£178.81 per week, £7863.24 per year

The first instalment is 02 October 2025 (£2629.59)
The second instalment is 15th January 2026 (£2629.59)
The final third instalment is 24th April 2026 (£2604.06)
