Looking for one girl to fill an empty spot in a 5-bedroom house in Central Headingley!

This a modern, semi-detached house with 5 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with bills included for £125/pw. The kitchen is new with dishwasher, washer/dryers, and the property has a backyard, garage, and living area. The house is in a safe, convenient, and social area on Shaw Lane, and is a 5 minute walk to Headingley Arndale and bus station, with 15-minute bus links to both Universities in Leeds. The room available is cozy and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves on the second floor of the house.
We are a group of 4 friendly girls in their first year studying at University of Leeds, who are tidy, social, and enjoy staying in and going out, we are looking for a girl at any university or year.
We are happy and excited to arrange viewings and meet-ups with potential new housemates with the landlord present to ask any questions.
