Tenancy Takeover

Location: 27 Dunlop Avenue, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2BW
Looking for somebody to takeover my tenancy for the first semester of the 2025/26 academic year
3rd August 2025 – 14th December 2025 (these dates are flexible)
Rent: £790.40 per month, all bills included (total: £3,952)
Double room in five bedroom house - I am hoping to go on a semester abroad, which is why it is just for the first semester. Sharing with four other friendly third-year University of Nottingham students.
