URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER

Looking for somebody to takeover my tenancy asap until 31st August 2025.

Location: 16 Ednaston Road, Nottingham, NG72JF (Dunkirk Area)

Rent: £104 per week, Bills not Included (approx £45 per month).

Room Type: Spacious Double Room in four bedroom house.

I am moving out for personal reasons and am sad to leave my housemates who are friendly and considerate 3rd year students (two men, one woman).

Conveniently Located:
2 minute walk to University Park.
15 minute walk to Jubilee Campus.
