Room 3 available - 1 person needed for Tenancy Replacement ASAP Clifton
1 person needed please to take over my contract due to move in on 1st September 2024.
Only need to pay £114 p/w. No deposit is necessary.

It is a 4 bedroom house, with 3 males currently heading to Year 2 of their course.
1 room is available which includes driveway space, garden. Water and internet is included in the contract. You will only need to pay for Gas & Electricity.
