Hello. I have a room with a walk-in wardrobe, with two bathrooms shared between 3 tenants (The other 2 tenants are already signed). They are going into 3rd year, and our responsible but fun-loving housemates. The property is 15 minutes from the University of Leeds in Hyde Park. Tenancy starts on 1st August and runs until 1/06/2025, but is available now to move into(can be discussed further in detail). The rent is £128/week, bills included
