En-Suite Large Double Room to Let on edge of Hyde Park - 24/25 academic year

This is a Large, Light Double Bedroom with En-suite modern Bathroom with shower
Available from 1.7.24-30.6.25
Shared House, sharing with 7 other friendly outgoing boys studying a mix of
studies and who enjoy many activities including sport, music, socialising.
House is a large 3 storey terrace which is set back from the road with outside space to the front and back of the house. It has a large open plan Kitchen/Diner with all appliances.
Separate Large Lounge with sofas and TV.
Separate utility room with Washing machines/Dryers
It's on the Edge of the very popular Hyde Park is very convenient for any student studying at University
Rent is contracted at £153.00 p/w inclusive of bills but I am already contributing to the rent payments so this will be reduced accordingly.
Please get in touch if you think you would a like a viewing or a chat! It's a great room in a great house that unfortunately I have had to give up.
