Unipol Board appoint a New Chair

Unipol is pleased to appoint Stephen Willis as Chair of Trustees, effective 1st February 2025.

A chartered management accountant, Stephen has over 20 years of experience in UK Higher Education, including roles at Leeds and Leeds Beckett Universities, overseeing student accommodation, funding, and welfare, as well as a variety of Non-Exec and trustee roles. From 2019 to 2024, he served as Chief Finance Officer at Durham University, successfully managing finances through the pandemic. He is now Managing Director of Chameleon Business Interiors Ltd and a Non-Executive Director at Kexgill Ltd.
