The Unipol Code
The Unipol Code has been renewed and the new cycle will start on the 1st of September 2018.
Being an accredited landlord demonstrates your commitment to continuing improvement in student housing. The Unipol Code badge is also recognised by students and institutions all over Leeds and will provide you with a market advantage as a landlord.
There are many benefits to the Code including discounts on licencing fees, free training and a robust system that handles complaints. You can find out more about the Unipol Code and benefits here.
The Unipol Code Event
We would like to invite new and existing Code landlords to a short brefing on the 11th of September between 2pm and 4pm at the Unipol Leeds office.
The event will be split into two sessions:
2pm- 3pm
This session is suitable for landlords and agents who are new to the Code.
Landlords will receive information on the benefits of the Code, the joining process, about Unipol and valuable information about the student housing marketing including trends and location demand.
3pm- 4pm
This session is suitable for current or renewing members of the Unipol Code.
Landlords will receive information about our new approach including; online training, free training events, meetings, changes to the Code and Unipol's maketing plans. There will also be space at the end to ask questions in relation to the new Code cycle.
