The house has now been rented continually several years now to the students of Northern school of Contemporary Dance: Ranging from a mixture of European and English students at foundation level up to students completing their 4th final year of study with The Verve Post Graduate course. We are very pleased to say that we have had a great connection with all those that have stayed and lived within what was originally our family home. This is our sole property and we keep it maintained to a high standard that we would also be happy to live in. All 6 rooms are large, spacious and all with a double bed and storage space. The house is walking distance from Northern School Of Contemporary Dance (NSCD). It's large bedrooms allow for the individual to have their own living space while there is a communal kitchen and living area for all to mix and be together creating a cosy family environment. For those that have rented our property and that are still currently renting this academic year, it has been, and is an ideal location for the NSCD College. 

 The property has just been fully cleaned and redecorated and re certified ready for the academic year Sept 2024.
