About Us

We are a husband and wife team, as well as members of Unipol we are also members of the National Landlords Association. We were born in Nottingham and have lived in the Lenton area of Nottingham for the last 30 years, so are very familiar with the areas covering both Universities.

We offer a wide range of rental accomodation from two bed flats upto seven bed houses for the larger groups. These properties are regularly refurbished.

We manage our lettings in a friendly manner. Tenants can deal with us directly and we can act quickly in case of any repairs or emergencies.

We use the MyDeposits scheme to protect all deposits, and with us there are no booking or letting fees involved.
